The heat resistance grade of enameled aluminum square wire is divided into 130 grade, 155 grade, 180 grade/200 grade. The heat-resistant grade refers to the heat-resistant grade, which can withstand temperatures of 130°, 155°, 180°/200° according to different uses. Choose an enameled wire suitable for the heat-resistant grade. The maximum temperature is 200°, and 130° is usually used.
Enameled wire refers to a metal wire that uses insulating varnish as an insulating coating to wind an electromagnetic coil, also known as an electromagnetic wire. It is one of the main types of winding wire, which consists of conductor and insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked several times.
