  牙菌斑是怎樣形成的?在清潔的牙面上,很快就會有唾液蛋白或糖蛋白吸附上去,形成獲得性膜。
獲得性膜上的一些蛋白可以是某些細菌的受體,開始是單個細菌出現在獲得性膜上,隨後多種細菌聚集並繁殖,24小時便可形成肉眼可以觀察到的菌斑。
牙菌斑的形成過程可分為三階段。

①獲得性膜形成;

②細菌黏附和共聚;

③菌斑成熟。
