                                        而現在主流的補牙材料是光固化樹脂。光固化樹脂是通過光照實現固化的複合樹脂。光固化樹脂有多種顏色,便於牙醫選擇出與真牙顏色近似的型號,從而使填充后的牙齒更逼真,甚至以假亂真。同時,隨着材料的不斷改進,光固化樹脂不僅顏色上存在優勢,其耐磨性也得到了很大的加強,深受醫生和患者的青睞,因此在臨床上已經基本取代銀汞合金成為主要的補牙材料。


                                

                            

                        

                        

                            

                                

                                    

                            

                        

                        

                            

                                

                                    

                            

                        

                        


                            


                        

                            

                                

                                    

                            

                        

                        

                            

                                

                                    


                                        那麼為什麼要用藍光照射呢?口腔用光固化樹脂在未光照之前,是膏狀,可以隨意雕刻出需要的形態,便於醫生恢復牙齒原有形態和功能。塑形完成后,利用LED光固化燈(也就是發藍光的燈)進行光照,引發樹脂光聚合反應,使樹脂快速固化變硬,從而完成充填。因此,補牙用藍光照射牙齒,就是讓光固化樹脂變硬的過程。


                                    


                                        


                                    


                                        另外,光固化燈發出的藍色光束,不會損傷口腔,對身體亦無害。但是,使用過程中需要注意對眼睛的防護,避免直視,醫護人員最好佩戴防護鏡,患者則只要閉上眼睛就可以得到輕鬆有效的保護。
