什麽是莖突過長綜合征？

　　什麽是莖突過長綜合征？本耕是由于莖突過長引起咽部疼痛或感覺異常.好發于青壯 年，緩慢發病，病史由數月至數年。一側咽部疼痛、吞咽時加重，疼 痛可放射至頭頸部和面部，咽部明顯有異物感，如魚剌哽喉感、牽 拉感等。

疼痛在說話、轉頭時加重，當頭前傾或轉頸時可引起俐烈 咳嗽。最好的治療方法爲手術治療。
