Airless paint sprayer can easily obtain coatings with a thickness of 30 microns, thus saving 20-30% of coatings.

The airless spraying machine uses special electric, pneumatic or other power to drive the high-pressure pump to form a high pressure of 150-350 kg/cm2 for paint coating, which is instantaneously sprayed through airless nozzles with special shapes and structures to form a very fine fan-shaped mist, with a spraying speed of 0.9 m/s.

All the paint is sprayed to the surface of the coating quickly without rebounding and splashing, thus not only saving 40% of the paint, but also having almost no paint mist, and being able to carry out field spraying operation without a mask, thus reducing pollution and playing a role in protecting the environment.

As the working efficiency of high pressure is 10-50 times higher than that of the traditional spraying machine, and the spraying speed is as high as 200-600 square meters/hour, not only can the coating quality be ensured, but also the coating cycle can be greatly shortened and ensured. The coating quality is bright and smooth.

At the same time, high viscosity coating can be sprayed, and thinner can be saved or not added during spraying, and a thin coating of 0.05 to 0.25 mm, or even a thick coating of 1 to 2 mm can be achieved through airless spraying once.

Because airless spraying does not have rebound force, it is easy to enter corners and edges when spraying corners and edges, so as to obtain uniform, bright and flat coating. Because the atomization mechanism of the coating depends on the high pressure of the coating itself, the atomized coating does not contain compressed air, so it is called airless spraying.
