The notice is targeted on Indiana; modification No. ten to note of a significant Disaster Declaration. The Department was engineered out of over twenty agencies in 2002.

curtailment the Federal Government, a project aimed toward lower taxes and boosting federal efficiency, argued the Homeland Security Department is burdened with "unneeded bureaucracy" that can be handled by different departments or standalone operations.
