One of Madden's accomplishments as a head
Madden 20 coins trainer were winning a Super Bowl, also getting the youngest coach to reach 100 career regular season victories, a record he gathered in just ten complete seasons of training at age 42. Madden is the coach with the most wins in Raiders history. Madden never had a losing season as a head coach. His winning percentage, including playoff games, ranks second in league history.
This is what annoys me about his style of commentary. From listening to him you would never know it. It is not that he does not understand what he is referring to. Like you say, he's one of the greatest coaches of all time. It is only that he evidently thinks we are all idiots who don't know the most or first fundamental thing about the sport. The level of depth and comment we've come to expect from Tony Romo should happen to be exactly what we got from Madden all along.
Madden was until we knew Romo's breadth and depth. Romo is amazing but Madden was the pioneer. He helped bring football to the masses by making all interesting. He played to it as Romo does and understood his audience. Different time, different personality, different mindset, different guy.If you are an expert in something that it actually takes skill to dumb down something so the average person understands it without dumbing it down too much which you feel like the man is either being condescending or is stupid themselves.
Thats why that kind of commentary exists. When he doesnt dumb it down then most people are confused about wtf hes talking about and they can't enjoy Madden just as much. You believe back into the 80s and 90s in which youd really have to try hard to get funds to study football strategy, and it is pretty obvious the ordinary viewer pre internet could be quite dumb requiring greater dumbing of the down.
I mean, that the mile and also a 40 are entirely different to operate. Not taking anything away from Madden, or Landy here, or not saying of
cheap Mut 20 coins that NFL linemen could body milers at a 40. To clarify for people. The mile is about aerobic capability and having the ability to keep a near-top rate for the entire thing, as well as some pacing. Excessive muscle/explosive force in the start is not a target because the muscle you would need for that would just push you down from the 500m mark (roughly, maybe 600m, maybe 800m, point is that they don't train for that).
