By openly collaborating with customers and stakeholders to consistently prioritize HR projects that offer the greatest value, a fully Agile HR function may improve the strategic agility of the organization. In this document, we define agile HR, offer concrete instances of what this means in the real world, and offer four possible routes within. Two factors should be taken into account when choosing the best pathway: the business's demand for increased speed and flexibility in the design and delivery of HR solutions, and the function's capacity for change.
