All marriages are registered according to the Marriage Act 1955 or the Special Marriage Act 1954 for Hindu marriage in India. When a boy and a girl do an arranged marriage, then there is cooperation of the parents and close relatives of both the parties. But when boys and girls do love marriage, mostly there is no cooperation from the parents and relatives of both the parties. In such a situation, both of them can get married in the court under the Marriage Act. After which they are given the marriage certificate.
