The business was essentially born out of the long and exciting journey of our chef and founder: Glen Carr. He has had the pleasure of working across both Australia and New Zealand in a number of highly accredited establishments; like Home House Private Club. He’s also provided cooking services for professionals within the music and media industries. His success in the kitchen contributed to the reputation of locally esteemed restaurants like the Lane Vineyard and Auge Restaurant.
