When you buy a workout, you want something that addresses these questions. So, how much weight is enough? That depends on how overweight you are, and if you want to be healthy or happy.
Doctors and weight loss professionals all have charts that show range of healthy, overweight and obese by body fat percentage and by weight. So given that, depending on how far off you are from the healthy range, that is how much you need to weigh to be healthy. Some people just want to be happy, and that might mean they are over or under the weight prescribed for their body type.
Again, not all of the sites are right. Some of them don't take into account body type. As cliche' as "big-boned" is, some people are just that. I am a perfect example. I am 6'2" 220 pounds. I went to a couple of BMI (Body mass index, and way used to determine your body fat percentage) and it said that if I was 145 pounds I would be healthy. I have not weighed 145 pounds since 7th grade. So needless to say, don't get discouraged if some of these places tell you a weight that seems ridiculous.
