- وصف : I never thought I would be thanking this awful economic climate for anything, but as much as time is a commodity as money, I'm living a "richer" life than I have in years.Firstly, let's clarify that we are really talking about "fat loss" here, rather than "weight loss", in other words we want to retain our lean muscle tissue while shedding weight. However for convenience, we will use the terms interchangeably.

- It has been one full month, but I've made it a habit to get to Unity Review the gym, eat more healthfully (who wants to waste all that hard work and effort in the gym with some french fries?), and keep my stress levels in check. They say it only takes 21 days to form a habit. Well, I've done it. And I continue to do it every day.
Crazy as it sounds, being out of work is the best thing that ever happened to my weight loss efforts. I no longer feel the high levels of stress and anxiety. And for the first time in years, I'm being proactive about achieving my weight loss goals. Right now my "job" is to become healthy - not just by the number on the scale, but holistically.
Whenever you think of the word "diet" it always seems to conjure up images of incredibly restrictive eating practices that almost seem to border on starvation.However, this doesn't have to be the case. While any effective weight loss program should come down to the simple equation that you must burn more than you consume for any real weight loss to occur, there are smart ways to achieve this.
