So how can you choose to be happy? First, focus on the things that are going right in your life, no matter how small they may be. Second, take time each day to do something you enjoy. It doesn't matter whether it's reading, walking in nature, or spending time with friends and family. Third, think about what makes you unique and celebrate those qualities. When you appreciate yourself for who you are, it's easier to be happy. Finally, don't sweat the small stuff. Life is too short to worry about things that don't really matter. When you choose to be happy, you'll find that life is more enjoyable and rewarding.
