My objective as a Registered Psychotherapist is to collaborate with my clients to create a safe, non- judgemental space, where they can feel empowered to work through their feelings and move towards a brighter future with a stronger authentic self.
I use a combination of techniques including Attachment-based therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, to help my clients unearth and understand the various issues they are facing and hold them back from achieving their true potential.
