- About Me Welcome to Fit Body by George, and many thanks for stopping here! George here, a weight loss instructor in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. I started competing when I was four years old in Russia. Despite the fact that I am getting close to my 50th birthday, I am still fighting hard. Many of the athletes I've trained have gone on to win Olympic and global titles. So, parents have always encouraged me to pursue a career in medicine. The four years I spent studying medicine prepared me for the success I've had helping my patients. I have been an athlete for almost 40 years and competed in a variety of sports, so I understand the challenges that my clients face. Absolutely no harm comes to anyone, and nothing unpleasant occurs.
