Shilp - The Conscious Store is the initiative of a team of passionate women who intend to contribute to the society through reaching out to the consumer with excellent product lines that qualify to be Sustainable, Ethical and Very Indian.
The Vision of the Initiative is to provide a platform that can play the role of a catalyst between the Skilled Groups making Hand-Crafted Artisanal Products and the discerning Eco-Conscious Lifestyle Consumer.
Team Shilp integrates itself with the selective artisanal groups through design intervention using their skills to create unique and contemporary product lines.
The initiative also aims at reaching out to the targeted consumer for generating revenue that would help upliftment of the businesses affiliated with us.
The Shilp Store, as it is lovingly called, the organisation's retail vertical was conceptualised and launched in the form of a Gift & Souvenir Store, to evolve into a Conscious Store offering not only Gifting Solutions, but also Healthy Food naturally grown and produced in the hills of Uttarakhand; and Natural Beauty & Wellness products made out of ingredients coming from the foothills of Himalayas.
The first store got launched in the Post-Pandemic times in the famous ridge of Kasar Devi, Almora in the year 2020. The next steps emerged in Mukteshwar & Ranikhet in 2021.
The Team engages with more than 30 organisations and Self-Help-Groups (SHGs) to curate unique and exciting range of products to adorn their daily lifestyle.
