The equipment and functional configuration required for different rubber extruders are different. But no matter what kind of rubber extruder screw is generally composed of three parts. The three functional sections of our common rubber extruder screw are usually evenly distributed according to the length of the screw, each accounting for one-third of the length of the screw. The three functional sections are respectively conveying section, compression section and metering section.
When the rubber extruder is in production, the temperature control system must first raise the temperature of the equipment. When the temperature of the equipment rises to the temperature we need, the feeding system can be filled with rubber. The rubber enters the barrel through the feeding system and is preheated, and the extruded rubber is continuously transported to the middle section of the barrel by the rotating screw. The rubber is sheared, compressed, mixed and processed by the screw threads in this section, which will form a forward extrusion pressure at the die of the extruder. Under the action of this pressure, the rubber is continuously extruded through the die of the rubber extruder for forming. In this way, the rubber extruder completes the extrusion molding production of the product.
