Mount Lewotobi Laki Laki in Indonesia erupted for a second consecutive day, sending volcanic ash 18 kilometers into the sky. The eruption, following a similar event hours earlier, caused no immediate casualties but blanketed nearby villages with debris. Drone footage revealed significant magma movement, and the agency warned of potential lava flows due to rainfall. This eruption, one of Indonesia's largest since Mount Merapi's 2010 eruption, comes less than a month after another major eruption in Bali. The volcano remains on high alert, with an expanded exclusion zone in place.
