  每天應該刷幾次牙?每天至少要刷兩次牙,早晚刷牙,飯後漱口,尤其晚上臨睡前的一次刷牙更為重要。
因為經過一天的飲食,牙面上附著很多軟垢與菌斑,白天因喝水、吃飯等運動有自然按摩清潔作用,而晚間口腔處於靜止狀態,唾液的分泌量減少,口腔內自潔作用降低,滯留的食物殘渣更有利於細菌的滋生與發酵,使牙齒和牙周組織容易受侵害,所以說臨睡前認真刷牙比早晨刷牙更重要。
