Loeb Corporation's engineering department, what does ISO9000 Quality System Audit mean? We incorporate a quality-oriented attitude into our daily work and set ourselves the goal of continually improving the quality management system that we have put in place.
Receiving: Once the raw material has been received, it is subjected to an inspection process before being compared to the shipping and order slip.
The FAI is typically completed as part of a purchase order contract. The FAI will be performed by both the customer and H. Loeb to ensure that the production process produces what is intended reliably and that the product meets the design control requirements.
Parts for the entire production run and the approval process:We make parts from start to finish (specifically for high volume orders) in order to test for consistency. It is advantageous to use this process because it allows us to qualify parts and create documentation that can be followed to ensure part consistency, regardless of who is making the part or when it is made. This is frequently done for customers who require large quantities of product, such as the automotive industry or military projects.
In-Process Inspection (IPI): This is an internal inspection process that checks the consistency of the piece or part, as well as the overall production.
Finally, the piece or part is subjected to a complete dimensional inspection in accordance with the customer's specifications and critical dimensions from the final drawing.
Reporting: Our in-house team creates an annual report that adheres to the requirements of quality control standards.
Engineered Change Order (ECO): We can document any change, procedure, or use of tooling that a customer wishes to make over the years, whether it is for a single part or a million.

[Tsutsumi Plant] Quality Control and Inspection
Since the number of platforms on which your app is available determines the amount of market share that your app has captured, user experience is becoming increasingly important and is becoming the driving force behind rapidly changing requirements, more frequent releases, and shorter development cycles. Software providers have begun reevaluating their priorities in favor of a user-centered approach to quality at each stage of the SDLC, with the primary goal of preventing and resolving potential performance issues at the very beginning of the product's life cycle. Therefore, performance testing objectives, such as application speed, scalability, and stability under various conditions, have been transformed into analyzing the system's insufficient performance and determining where it is rooted in the development process.
When done correctly, performance engineering enables developers and quality assurance engineers to incorporate the necessary performance metrics into the design from the beginning. Performance engineering is more of a culture than a set of practices, and it expects teams to move beyond running checkbox test scripts to studying each component of the system, including business value and customers.
