With rapid prototyping, parts can be manufactured quickly while components are being tested for fit and function, allowing product development to be completed in a more timely manner.  Product design teams today have a plethora of rapid prototyping options to choose from, thanks to technological advancements.  In this article, the various prototyping processes currently available to designers are discussed in detail, with an emphasis machining service on the advantages and disadvantages of each process as discussed in detail.

When a viewer or an audience sees or hears a conceptual model, they will understand what it is that is being demonstrated.  The most efficient method for creating prototypes, according to you, is. . . Conceptual models can be extremely useful tools in the early stages of the design process, when ideas are flowing freely and the process is fluid.  Take this into consideration as you design your prototyping process and workflow.

Last but not least, even if your prototype design is functional and manufacturable, this does not imply that anyone will be interested in putting it into production.  So far as determining whether a design is feasible or not, the prototype is the only reliable method available.
