While this is a great one overall that players will be happy to embrace, in the final the transfer guidelines could cause a lot of harm. This is because of the fact that even after the 90-day timeframe, players will still have the option of moving their characters over to these fresh servers.

That means the reset of the power and economy of players could be unproductive, as players can simply transfer in their characters which are established and can carry up to the gold limit. It is yet to be determined how Blizzard will alter these rules going forward or limit the amount of gold and other materials players can carry when they transfer servers.

Server transfers are the hottest discussion when it comes to the new WoW Classic WotLK new servers. Following the 90-day window from launch transfer of servers to these fresh realms will be permitted in the future.
