Using an oil-free air compressor, there is really no oil on the premise that there is no oil in the air sucked by the air compressor. But this prerequisite is generally difficult to meet. This means that the difference between oil-free and oil lubricated compressor is whether the air will be mixed with lubricating oil when it is compressed. If the lubricant and air are mixed, there is an oil compressor. If the lubricating oil is not mixed with air or water is used for lubrication, it is an oil-free air compressor.
