Style: Descriptive
When writing in a descriptive style, the author focuses on providing detailed descriptions of an occasion, a person, or a setting. The descriptive writing style can occasionally be lyrical in character, when the author identifies an occasion, an item, or a thing rather of merely providing details regarding an occasion that has already occurred. Typically, the description includes sensory information.
Effective Style
Writing that attempts to persuade readers to accept the author's point of view by providing arguments and justifications is known as persuasive writing. The goal of the persuasive style is to influence and convince the audience.
Narrative Format
A narrative writing style is one in which the author tells the reader the story. It consists of poetry, biographies, short stories, novels, and novellas.
