Any suggested (free) programming to correct and post-measure beach front diagonal pictures?

Images are taken every 30 min. By using a set of ground control points (GPS) we aim to rectify and correct the images to further use them in monitoring coastal features and processes. Any ideas of which Documentary Video Production Company software/algorithm can be used for this purpose?
